Meet Nick - From Strength Training to Ironman Performance
Nick Fawley’s fitness journey started early, building a foundation in strength training as soon as he was able to train consistently on his own. After several years of lifting, he expanded into endurance training and quickly discovered a passion for running, which eventually led him into triathlon competition and completing his first Ironman 70.3.
Coaching has always been a natural extension of that journey. Nick earned his personal training certification as a sophomore in high school and began helping friends and family improve their workouts, nutrition habits, and overall performance. Over time, that early interest developed into a structured approach to hybrid training focused on strength, endurance, recovery, and long-term consistency.
Today, Nick works with athletes and everyday individuals who want to train smarter, build sustainable routines, and improve performance without sacrificing balance.
